We were tasked to rank the website in 144 markets without having to build 144 localised pages which would’ve costed a lot of resources and finances.
So we split the strategy in two — global keyword optimisation on the main site for long-term authority, and market-specific content seeded across local platforms like Quora and job boards to drive immediate local traffic.
The second layer was the more creative one — we essentially used third-party platforms as a distribution network for our own content.

In peak lockdown, PMI wanted to hire interns and evaluating 100 interns for 12 positions is no easy task. All of the evaluation was to be done in less than a working day.
With my team, I worked out a virtual event where multiple candidates could meet all the relevant assessors in 5 hours or less. The event was crafted keeping in mind the candidate journey and ensuring that they get the best of the expereince.
